A 25yearold Polish man, Jan Filippow, has been arrested for allegedly murdering his Ukrainian girlfriend and attempting to dismember her body at a highrise condominium in the Bang Kolaem district of Bangkok. The incident took place on Monday afternoon, when Filippow tried to leave the building in a hurry, arousing the suspicion of a taxi driver.
